Better Protect Your Kidney during this Hot Summer

Summer is a season when the bacteria and virus activities are frequent, so preventative measures should be strengthened so as to protect your kidney better. Then what are the specific measures we should take to protect our kidneys?

In summer, people often sweat a lot, along with the swimming hobbies by people, so people's urinary tract is easily infected, especially the women, who have a higher infectious morbidity rate than men due to their special physiological structure, so avoid swimming in the river that are steady and unclean.

So timely and regularly drinking is very important. But for those patients with renal insufficiency or swelling, the intake of water should be restricted.
The fourth, in summer the ultraviolet irradiation is strong, so that may induce the hypersensitivity diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). And also, SLE is common in women, so young women should prevent the sunburn and those medicines that are easily induce the SLE such as contraceptive.
